Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lorvara ("Service"), operated by Gravital Digital LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Lorvara is a web-based platform for producing AI-generated images, video and audio. It turns a description of your production into prompts, generates media from those prompts on third-party image, video and audio models from within the Service, and stores what you make. Generation and the AI assistants are metered in AI Credits (Section 5). Our Service includes:
- Briefs, projects and shot lists that describe a production and organize its prompts
- AI assistants, powered by Anthropic's Claude, that write prompts, fill briefs and draft Skills
- Saved prompts ("Key Prompts") that keep their model, parameters and reference images
- In-app generation of images, video, audio and upscales on third-party models, provided through fal.ai and AnyFast
- Copying prompts for use in other tools, including Midjourney
- Teams that share projects and briefs and spend from one team credit balance
- A private gallery for reviewing your prompts’ cover images
- Storage of your prompts, reference images and generated media on Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront)
Disclaimer: Lorvara is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Midjourney Inc., fal.ai, AnyFast or Anthropic. Generation and the AI assistants run on those providers' infrastructure and are subject to their terms and availability. Prompts you copy into Midjourney are used under Midjourney's own terms.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration: You must register for an account to use certain features of our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Service.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans: Use of the Service requires a paid subscription plan. Features and limitations vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
4.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
4.3 Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
4.4 Refunds and 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers. If you are not completely satisfied with our Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund.
Refund Process:
- Refunds must be requested within 30 days of your initial payment
- To request a refund, contact us at feedback@lorvara.com with your account email and reason for cancellation
- Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Upon refund, your subscription will be immediately cancelled and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
4.5 Refund Limitations: The 30-day guarantee applies only to your first paid subscription. Renewals, upgrades, or subsequent subscriptions after cancellation are non-refundable except as required by law.
4.6 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. AI Credits System
5.1 What Are AI Credits: AI Credits are a virtual currency used for generating AI images, video, upscales and audio through our Service. One credit represents a unit of computational resource used during generation; every generation shows its credit cost before you start it.
5.2 Credit Grants: Paid subscription plans include a monthly credit grant:
- Creator Plan: 3,000 AI Credits per month
- Director Plan: 11,500 AI Credits per month
- Producer Plan: 30,000 AI Credits per month
- New accounts hold no credits until a paid plan is chosen. There is no grant without a paid plan.
Monthly credits are released as your billing period progresses (annual subscriptions release their credits monthly across the year, not all at once). On monthly plans, accrual pauses while your unused grant balance is at three months' worth of your plan's monthly credits, and resumes as you spend — what the cap defers remains owed for the period. On annual plans no such cap applies within the paid year: your accrual is bounded by the year you purchased, and the monthly-plan cap applies again if you move to monthly billing.
5.3 Credit Purchases: Users may purchase additional AI Credits through one-time payments. We offer four credit packages:
- 2,500 credits for $39.99 ($0.0160 per credit)
- 10,000 credits for $149.99 ($0.0150 per credit)
- 25,000 credits for $349.99 ($0.0140 per credit)
- 50,000 credits for $649.99 ($0.0130 per credit)
Credit purchases are processed through Stripe and are separate from subscription payments.
5.4 Credit Expiration and Forfeiture: Unused monthly credits end with your subscription; credits you bought as a pack are yours to keep. Purchased (pack) credits never expire and are never forfeited; they persist regardless of subscription status.
When a subscription is cancelled, credits keep releasing on the same monthly schedule through the end of the period you paid for, and you can spend them until that period ends. Granted credits remaining when the paid period ends are then forfeited. No refund is due on cancellation.
If a subscription ends because a payment failed, granted credits are not forfeited immediately: the balance is held for 30 days, and resuming a subscription within that window reclaims it in full. After 30 days without a subscription, the held granted credits are forfeited.
A downgrade is not a cancellation: credits already granted under a higher plan remain yours (further accrual follows the new plan and its cap).
5.5 Credit Usage: Credits are consumed by generation across the Service — images, video, upscales and audio. The number of credits used depends on the model selected and the generation's parameters (for example duration, resolution or output size).
The interface shows the exact credit cost before you start a generation.
5.6 Reserved Credits: When you initiate a video generation, the estimated credit cost is temporarily reserved from your balance. Upon completion:
- If generation succeeds: The actual credits used (based on final video duration) are deducted, and any excess reserved credits are returned to your balance
- If generation fails: All reserved credits are fully refunded to your balance
5.7 Credit Refunds: All AI Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are a virtual currency that can be used immediately upon purchase, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. If a video or image generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits used for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account balance. Monthly granted credits (included with paid subscriptions) are not eligible for separate refunds but are covered under the subscription refund policy in Section 4.4.
5.8 Credit Balance Visibility: You can view your current credit balance at any time through:
- Dashboard AI Credits card
- Membership page credit meter
- Navigation dropdown menu
- Video generation interface
Your credit history and transaction log are available on the Membership page, showing all grants, purchases, and usage.
5.9 Output Estimates: Any image or video output estimates shown on our pages are illustrative. The generation interface displays the exact credit cost of your configuration before you generate.
Actual output will vary based on the AI models selected, generation parameters, and batch sizes. Some models cost more credits per output. See the generation interface for real-time credit costs.

6.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to the prompts and content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.5 Character References: You may register as a character reference only images that Lorvara generated for your account. You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to use those images and any material they were generated from, and that they do not depict a real identifiable person. You are responsible for material you supply to Lorvara, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from material you supplied or from images generated from it.
6.6 Registration and Deletion: Registering a character reference stores that image with our model provider until you remove it, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting a registered reference is permanent and cannot be undone. Videos already generated from a registered character are not withdrawn by removing it. We may refuse or reverse a registration at our discretion, including where an image appears to depict a minor.
